Affordable Housing Providers, Owners and Managers

Non-profit and for profit organizations that own, lease and/or operate, manage affordable, social, supportive or transitional housing
 
1 – 10,000 units $2.00/unit
10,001 – 20,000 units $0.50/unit
20,001 or more units $0.25/unit
 
 
 
 
 
Minimum fee= $200
 
*Note: The above fees are calculated on a bracket-basis 
(i.e. if you have 20,000 units, the first 10,000 are $2.00/unit and the second 10,000 are $0.50/unit.)

Municipalities

Municipalities or townships in Canada which support but do not directly provide affordable housing

Populations 50,000-100,000 $750
Populations 100,000-200,000 $1,000
