Proposed Amendments to CHRA By-Laws
As part of CHRA's renewal process, the Board of Directors is recommending a change to the composition of our Board of Directors and, to this end, encourages the participation of all members in the January 27 Special Electronic Meeting of Members.
In accordance with Article 17 in CHRA’s By-laws, all members were sent a copy of the proposed amendments to CHRA’s by-laws 20 days in advance of the meeting.

Recommended by the Board of Directors, these amendments will be voted upon by members during the electronic meeting on January 27. Only members in good standing, meaning with 2011 membership fees paid in full by the meeting date, will be counted toward quorum (minimum of 25 is required) and will be permitted to vote.
