The business of CHRA is managed on behalf of the membership by a Board of Directors which consists of seventeen (17) elected directors and the Immediate Past President, who serves as a Director ex-officio of the Association. Directors serve for 2-year terms and elections take place annually prior to the Association´s Annual General Meeting.
